Shaista Zafar came to take blood samples for my husband’s and our fertility tests. She was polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the appointment. We had a few issues with blood flow, but she handled everything patiently and managed to get all the samples we needed. Thank you, Shaista, for making the experience as comfortable as possible.

Great training with thorough techniques
Booked a home visit as I was too far away from a clinic. Meirwen came yesterday. A lovely lady, who made the blood draw such an easy process, and it was fantastic not to have to travel anywhere. I'd originally thought it was a bit pricey, but it was well worth it.
Well conducted blood sampling. Pleasant presonnel. No fuss.
Had my blood draw yesterday with Kelly. She was on time, very efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. She used the correct needles for me as I have thin veins and the blood draw it self was virtually pain free. We had a chat while the centrifuge was on and it was very pleasant and enriching. I would highly recommend bloods and beyond and their staff for a hassle free and comfortable blood draw.

I had a home blood test appointment with Bex (Rebecca Smith) and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the moment she arrived, she was kind, professional, and so easy to talk to. She really took the time to listen to my preferences and explained everything clearly in a way that made me feel safe, understood, and completely at ease.
There were some initial difficulties with blood flow, so it took a few attempts to collect enough for the samples, which did make me feel quite uneasy and a little disheartened at times. However, Bex was incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring throughout. She never once made me feel like a problem, and her encouragement and gentle approach made such a difference in helping me stay grounded and get through it.
She followed all safety procedures carefully and consistently, and I always felt that I was in very capable and caring hands. What stood out most to me was how genuinely understanding and supportive she was — she didn’t just do her job, she made sure I felt comfortable, respected, and listened to every step of the way.
By the end of the appointment, despite the challenges, I felt relieved, supported, and really grateful for how she handled everything. She didn’t give up until everything was completed successfully, and that meant a lot to me.
I’m truly grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism she showed. It turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that felt safe and manageable.
