Flexible work that fits around you

Mobile phlebotomy can work alongside an NHS role, another healthcare position, family commitments or your own business.

You control your availability and decide whether to accept the suitable appointments offered to you. Appointment volumes vary by location and client demand, so joining the network does not guarantee a minimum amount of work or income.

You can build your availability gradually and adjust it as your circumstances change. We aim to match you with suitable appointments, so you can take on work that fits your skills, location and schedule.

Who can join?

Because mobile phlebotomists work independently without direct clinical supervision, this route is intended for experienced and clinically confident practitioners.

You will need to provide evidence of your phlebotomy training (min. 150+ blood draws), supervised clinical experience, competency and relevant compliance documents as part of the application process.

Before You Apply

To join our mobile phlebotomy network, you should be confident working independently in patients’ homes and workplaces, with relevant supervised clinical experience and the ability to travel within your local area.
As part of onboarding, we will ask for the compliance documents needed to work safely and professionally, such as an enhanced DBS check, up-to-date training records, references and appropriate professional insurance.
