Appalling service and an unacceptable lack of communication.

I first contacted Bloods & Beyond on 6 July to arrange a phlebotomy appointment for my patient. It is now 18 August and, despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have been offered just ONE clinic date across the entire months of July and August. I have also repeatedly asked for alternative dates, including September, and have simply been ignored.

This is not just poor customer service; it has had real consequences. The delay has affected my ability to arrange care, and my professional reputation has been put at risk because I have been unable to obtain basic communication or reasonable appointment availability from this company.

I have given them every opportunity to resolve this directly. They have failed to do so.

I would strongly advise anyone relying on this service to think twice. A healthcare-related service that cannot provide adequate communication for weeks at a time is simply unacceptable.
