I used bloods and beyond a couple of weeks ago for a blood draw and found them really helpful. They contacted me once I had booked to advise me I needed to add centrifuge, which altered the timings and had they not spotted my error I could have wasted the slot. The phlebotomist, Jay, was punctual, calm and thorough and made sure I had all the paperwork completed and packaging sorted for when DPD collected, talking me through everything, which was quite complicated re what vials needing freezing etc. He made a stressful process very easy and the whole company experience was impressive. The fact that they come to your home/work also makes it so easy and saves time travelling to a clinic. Definitely a 5 star experience.
