Become a Mobile Phlebotomist

Join the UK’s largest network of trained, vetted phlebotomists and build a flexible role that fits around your life, your family and your career.

Whether you’re looking for additional income or a new direction entirely, we offer dependable shifts, nationwide opportunities and full operational support.

Who We’re Looking For

We recruit experienced phlebotomists who are confident working independently in patients’ homes and delivering a calm, friendly experience. You’ll need to be able to travel locally, manage your time well and feel comfortable representing our partners professionally.

If you’re reliable, compassionate and clinically confident, you’ll fit right in.

What the Role Involves

As part of the Bloods & Beyond network, you will:

  • Visit patients in their homes or workplaces to carry out safe, high-quality venepuncture
  • Follow clear clinical guidelines, ID checks and safety protocols
  • Collect, prepare and package samples according to partner requirements
  • Provide reassurance and aftercare advice to patients
  • Use our streamlined systems to accept shifts, update appointment status and request support when needed

You’ll never be left unsupported — our operations team manages patient bookings, reminders, rescheduling, transport logistics and communication so you can focus purely on delivering great care.
